I was watching both games, Jersey and our game. Wow, that was a good game. It was so close and I must give props to Inferno for winning that game. I hate to see Jersey get knocked down to 8-1 =/ Don't worry, we'll probably have us a loss by the end of the season as well...probably more then 1. Upsets happen and games you think you're going to win, sometimes you don't. =/ Sucks.

We won our game which I was amazed at how well we did. On paper they don't look bad but overall, they didn't play well against us. I must give alot of credit to our defense so far this season. They have been outstanding and we really can't do it without them playing so well. They are shutting down every team we play. Our offense did really well on the passing game today and Montana had 3 touchdowns, love it. Good job TB, let's win us another one on Wednesday.

We have so many games to play still and the season is not nearly over. Next game we play Nashville, yikes. Then we have a few other big games before we close out the season. Even though we are on top now, we could go right back down under Jersey at anytime. It's so close and I love the way this league is. Very close.

Good games everyone. I also watched Skulls. I have to be 100% honest, I was hoping for a turn over on that side and I was rooting for the rahles (nothing against the skulls). However, skulls managed to pull another win. Good game over there too.

Day ends with an upset but the season is not nearly over, many good games to come.

Good Game Atomic Wedgies. You game planed to stop Jorvorskie I take it, and did an excellent job of it. Luckily our QB and receivers stepped up and took up the slack. I cannot say enough about our defense. They have given up 12 points total the past 3 games against theSkulls, Rahls, and Wedgies. I think we have a shot against anyone we face from here on out, including the playoffs.

Congrats to the Inferno for beating the Hammerheads. They totally shut us down today, while making our defense look not so great.

Now we have to try and stay undefeated until the big game against the Brawlers which may decide home field through the playoffs.

it was a good game overall, i think both sides kept it competitive

I am in no way saying you don't kick ass... but really the coaches that went out and recruited different players, like you and I, don't necessarily "kickass". They either:

1. Do not want to put so much money into the game.
2. Had a LOT of time on their hands.

I find it funner not owning players on my team... I am actively trying to trade the few I still have on the Rahls away. The other teams I GM on don't really count, because I don't set the tactics or depth chart or anything of the sort for either.

My team is not player owned by me. We are doing really surprisingly good this season. I really enjoy playing with them and they are doing a great job. I think the contracts I offered "which we won't go in into money problems guaranteed", got us our players. For the most part, some have average offers. Some have really good offers for their level. I think they do enjoy playing with us and I only have 5 of my own players on my team. 2 of them do not start. I enjoy running a team with actual other players. It makes it alot more fun. Granted, it can be hard because everyone wants playing time. However, it's still alot of fun and we are doing good. I just hope for a good end to our season. Halfway there and kicking ass so far.

Yes I agree. Having actual other players on the team makes the game much more fun. We are only 2-7 but the forums are always active and everyone is willing to sign long term deals because they want to be here when we start winning. Yes you will have problems with playing time but thats what coaching is all about.
