Ya know...I was completely on the "give the new guy a chance. Don't gut. Keep the team intact." camp

After reading a bunch of the latest comments AND reading what the new owner hs said, I have swung completely the other way.

I feel I was right in my initial statement. I also feel that, in general, you should at least try and make it work...especially at this level.

But in this case, I appear to be wrong.

The new guy quitting even before he starts is the suck. There are dozens, if not hundreds, of owners dying to get into USA Pro. He's been given a ticket and he's ripping it up? F him. Get a real owner in here.

I am on a Canadian Pro team that is in it's 2nd season of rebuilding. We're 0-5. It sucks to lose and lose and lose. No one wants to come to your team. It doesn;t matter what you offer them.

I know how hard it is to recruit. I sent out 200+ PM's and 400+ offers.
I signed maybe 2 guys.

Unless this guy already has a team and a crew of friends...who all happen to have high level players, he has NO SHOT.

haha, JUST acquired the Saginaw team fellas. WOW, the current state of the team gives me a chance to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Gutting is absolutely ridiculous, but seems to be the nature of GLB (just like how NFL teams get gutted when a new owner comes around *eye roll for sarcasm*). Going to talk with various people and see if this rebuilding effort is worth the venture or if I should just sell the team back. If anyone is interested in hopping on board, let me know. Either way, I hope to make a decision within the next few days.

I already msged him before. Actually made some offers and something then he said he was looking to trade all 3 players to the same team, I msged him with some options for offers, but didn't get an answer at all...
