Pallow was out late partying last night man, Bort's mom threw one hell of a bash, they played strip charades, unfortunately Borts mom was the only women there, and she's not very good at charades.

Let alone a playoff game.
Draft a QB
Hire a real coach
Move Jason Garrett to OC so he can focus just on offense.
They all need to go to basic football camp and learn how to manage a clock, learn that it's ok to throw the ball away. Time and time again I see Romo move out of the pocket and take a 7 yard loss.
Romo has stated numerous times as a Green Bay fan he used to Idolize Brett Favre, now I see what he meant. (Favres worst years!)

Dallas already reporting they will hire an OC for Garret.

This is one move they need to make. Turner would gladly take an OC job back in Dallas.

This but then again how great of an OC can he really be? Back in the hay day when Dallas actually won games, they ran about 6 plays. No one could stop them. Offense wasn't that creative, just ran tons of draws with Emmit Smith, lots of slants with Michael Irvin and lots of streak routes with Alvin Harper. Jay Novacjjeck and Moose was always open.

If you're winning you don't need to be creative.

Maybe the problem right now is too many plays. That offense Washington shredded us with was about six different plays out of the same formation. Made grown @ss men (D.Ware) forget everything they knew about how to play football. If you can run six plays to perfection, why invest the time to try and run 50? One of Dallas's biggest problems was missed/blown assignments. Too many guys cannot remember the right thing to do at the right time.

Cowboys need to sign younger d-linemen or draft them. They need to get rid of Free on the OL or have a true competition with Parnell and Free. Could probably find a few undrafted or late round right tackles.

I think they should go after Norv Turner and make him OC and let Garrett just be a "leader of men".

They should bring back Charlie Peprah and see if he can win any starting safety job. Eric Frampton is alright as well. Depends on how Church looks when he gets back to 100%.

The first priority this off-season should be resigning Spencer. I also say if Osi from the Giants comes cheap, sign him. (However, I doubt the Cowboys could afford him nor Osi would be that cheap.)

Garret is a puppet of Jerry Jones so none of these changes would matter. What really needs to happen is Jerry Jones needs to hire guys that aren't yes men to him and that can evaluate and coach up talent. With Jerry Jones trying to be everything on Dallas that team will always be mediocre at best until that changes.

Osi already won a ring so he's just looking to get paid now. Any team that signs him will regret it since he's becoming a me player like Richard Seymour after he won multiple rings.

What Dallas needs to turn things around...
Romo goes down with a Bledsoe like injury and a new QB comes in to be the Tom Brady of the boyz.
Other than that no chance
