I'm pretty sure that http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=2001291 had to have hit 84 at level 74 if not 73 because he's so high at 76.

You are probably right, but he could have rolled over some attributes that are very high. For instance, my 75 DT just recently rolled strength over at the 17:1 cap.
