No, they didn't agree to it. You cannot possibly claim that ksychic agreed beforehand to this unless you have some evidence. If I own a business and Gart owns a business, I hire Gart to run my business and he uses his position to have the 2 business to work together fraudulently...then the 2 businesses did not collude...right? If I own a business and Gart owns a business, I hire Gart to run my business and he uses his position to have the 2 business to work together fraudulently...then the 2 businesses did not collude...right?
