I like the subforum set ups of TLFP and PLFT but the main forum where the threads are just cluttered beyond belief, they need to be done away with. It'd be so much easier to search through subforums than to constantly have to try to keep up with the pages upon pages of FA threads on the main forums. Furthermore, GM's are no longer even allowed to post on the main forums, they have to go to the subforums, which rarely ANYONE even reads anymore, so those people searching for GM's via TLFP and those looking for teams, are doomed because everyone is paying attention to the front page.

We need a GM/Coordinator/Scout/Recruiter/CFO/w/e else Option added to the marketplace. For Owners to look through and find GMs that want jobs.

A 'flip side' to the market place where Owners can post ads LOOKING for Gm's wouldn't be a bad idea either. That way we can just post an ad and GM applicants can respond via pm to them.

This also needs to happen like yesterday.

The thread Marketplace for coordinators has been merged into this thread

Not sure if it's been suggested before, but why not have a place on the marketplace where potential coordinators could place ads if they are looking for a team?
