Does our username on the new game have to be the EXACT same as it is here for us to have the flex linked to it? Or is there somekind of option in the other game where we put in our GLB1 login and it links it?

So, your username will be the same across all games. You will be able to access any game you want at any time with a simple click of a button.
Sounds like training will actually add SP's and not be % anymore. I am also guessing that caps are gone as well which is why you can put like 700 SP's into an attribute.
Then there are those triangles which could be some sort of milestone for an attribute. No idea what the grey bar is but I doubt it is the max an attribute can go. Maybe grey area is something like the VPB where agents maps out where he wants attribute to end??
