This is why they should give either refunds or flex. If you act like the customer who pays the bills around a business does not matter, there will be a point to where the business will not matter to the customer. Like SEO I have ran business for 20 years. You take care of the problem the customer is satisfied and I am sorry take it or leave it is not the answer. Depends, most business's respect the smallest customer as well as the largest. From the time period that this has started from until now, shows the lack of respect for either.

Also so the the server is in Colorado? I thought Bort was in Portland or at least Washington. Why would that not be close enough to deal with vs hoping to Col.

Thank you Bort for fixing the server issue. All seems to be fine now. I can open boxscores of all my games from the last 2 days now.
Can we please talk about the flex that was wasted on the insta-scrims now. We can talk about a refund of the flex or about filling my team flex bank back up. but dont fill it now because it is pretty full thanks to the great agents on my team.
I will be awaiting your response

Bort has remotely restarted the server and it should be working again. Something is physically wrong with it, so it has the potential to crash again. He will keep an eye on it and will be restarting it when necessary. We will be fixing this server and installing multiple new servers very soon.
