The idea is (Using a bit of logic) The more "lofty" the ball is the higher it would go. Higher=Farther. Which in term makes it an Ideal choice for Deep passers. Even more effective if the WR has high Jumping and Strength and is tall.

On the other hand a Pocket passer would want to throw it faster so it gets to the WR more quickly and not the CB. This helps if the WR has High catching and Speed.

(Just information on how Goal Line Blitz might be coded to do)
