Are training %s always whole numbers or could 23 mean anything between 22.500001 and 23.499999?

Correct - where without the SA they might slow down when catching a long pass (due to adjustments), Catch In Stride will help prevent the slow down.

seems like so many passes, the wr slows down/stops to wait for the ball. how does catch in stride help that?
