I thought Clemson was the better team. GT really benefited from two trick plays for TD. That won't work in the future, as teams will be especially wary of your special teams, but it got the win.

I dunno if they were the better team, we just had a tired Defense after the first quarter after having 2 plays for our first 3 drives (if you include the PR TD)......it really tired out our defense and we have 13 underclassmen on the two deep on D......not a good combination....... i really hope we can sustain longer drives and not these one play scores.....its killing our D.

Oh also, Clemson p has the best DL we'll face all season (NC and VT are close, but lolUNC) and that really is the key to stopping the TO.

Also, if they weren't wary of Tarrant on the PR TD they should have been since he returned one against Jax St. (speaking of which lolFSU 1st half)

damn i can't remember the last time Cal was ranked #8 in the nation. Probably because they never have been in my lifetime! I think they did get ranked pretty high a few seasons back before they blew it against USC and oregon.

i know a few of those...if i had money i'd probably be one too...wait that just means that i'm not very good at being a degenerate gambler. The casinos is what i was into for a while but i just had to stay away from them completely because there is no, "just having fun" for me there. I just wanna win win win, and it doesn't work out like that too often.

California has moved into a tie for the No. 7 position in the most recent USA Today poll and is No. 8 in the Associated Press Top 25, both released Sunday. The No. 7 USA Today spot is the highest the Golden Bears have ever been ranked as of Sept. 13 or in the second poll of a regular season and the highest overall since the club was No. 2 in both polls heading into a home game vs. Oregon State on Oct. 13, 2007. Cal has been ranked in the Top 10 at some point in five of the last six seasons (2004-07, '09).

LOL... No I don't think so... I've been a Cal fan for a looong time, and it still is kind of shocking to me that we have a decent football team. We've got a pretty outstanding record of losing prior to the last six seasons or so.

Well as aGopher fan, I am dreading the pounding we may receive at our new home on Saturday. Since the stadium is so new, no one knows if there is a homefield advantage. Well, if nothing else, I get to see the nation's best running back (Best) and one of the nation's best receivers (Decker).

GO GOPHERS!
