adding "days old" as a category/column on MarketPlace

perhaps in between "level" and "salary"

This would help when recruiting on FAs and Trade Block, when looking for "younger/less aged" players

Also a "sorting function" in MarketPlace by "days old" would also assist (kinda ike the one now for "level/most recent")

thanks

+1 to the overall thread and please add this to the main suggestion. The Marketplace is full of old players.

I don't think we should completely get rid of the forums. I think there should be two minor changes to the website for teams looking for players.
First off the Teams Looking for Players forum should be divided into levels, like the Players Looking for Teams forum is.
Secondly the marketplace should have a spot for teams to post adds too. I would make recruiting easier and easier for players to find teams with a need for them.

I was instructed to add this here:

This is a very simple suggestion.

Add to the trading block the ability for a team to list their needs.

Example:

ABC TEAM
Position Needed: QB
Desired Level: 25
Positions Offered: CB, LB
Cash Available: Yes

It would work very similar to the current marketplace setup, but instead of specific player listed as available for trade it would merely list a position needed.

It would help out owners looking to fill a need, as well as owners who needed to move a player.

Yes! I'm for the changes proposed in the OP as well. But I'd settle for a short term solution of just getting rid of those forums altogether and using the Marketplace as it is. Or at least get rid of the PLayers looking forum. It is redundant with the marketplace in existence.

Just get rid of the Main Threads in the forum. Make players post their threads in the Level Range-divided Forums. Instead of posting them on the main page of the FA Forums where they just end up getting buried beneath 1000's of other threads within hours or less.

As i'm sure it's been suggested millions of times. A GM Ad Option in the Marketplace would be greatly beneficial to the Free Agency/Team Operation process
