Where is your side of the story? Where are the facts? (At least GLBs side of the facts)... Lack of those two has caused a 123 page reaction raging at the lack of 'cares' the administration is showing.

Unfortunately true.

No comment on current or past multis for admin members, no assurance it won't continue to happen.

No comment on the long held suspicion that leniency re: forum rules and multis was given to purchasers of large amounts of flex.

No comment on hidden flex point kick backs given to HOF package buyers, bonuses not advertised to the general public, but given to the "high rollers" of GLB.

And there are none forthcoming, believe me. DD thinks so little of his customers that he has no intention of explaining his actions but will rather ignore this subject until it quietly fades into the background. He's been condescending and flippant for two straight days, and the reality is... It's working, a week from now nobody will care, and DD can continue holding his customers in very low regard.

I appreciate the support I've received in this thread, and by PM, over the past couple days but it's clear GLB isn't going to come clean, they just don't care about the customer enough. And I can't keep beating my head against the wall hoping DD will magically turn into something he's not and start to show some appreciation and respect for his paying customers.

Can you blame them? It's worked for every PR debacle prior to this. And they know that most of their business comes from a bunch of addicts who can't close their wallets. And they've already basically been playing the game amongst themselves for many seasons now, so no loss if the average joe finds this whole thing to be a turnoff

I've been hooked of this game for five years, and spent more money than I care to think about.

But this morning I sent messages to the teams I'm involved with that I won't be back next season. Congrats DD, you've been terrible enough at your job that you've convinced a hardcore GLB junkie to get off the smack.

I'm with you 100%. This thread ALONE has changed my perception of this game 180 degrees. DD can talk down to whomever he wants, but I sure as hell won't be paying for it anymore. I bought flex as recently as two weeks ago, you can bet that will not happen again.

It would take DD addressing GLB in an apologetic tone to even cause me to reconsider. His attitude, and behavior isn't very becoming of a person who runs a business, and I for one will not stick around to be further abused by his classless act.

As if splitting the base wasn't enough, this prick comes along and talks to the people who pay his bills like he owns them. I promise you this DD....I won't be purchasing your next pack of tampons.

I haven't been paying much attention to this thread. But it seems like DD could say something as simple as "I like steak" and you would take it as a slap in your face.
