We will gather all the qualified and random it. We will need to test GLB2 on different browsers and smart phones, so that will play a big part of it.

Yes I should reword this a bit and we still aren't positive how the randomness is going to happen. We are currently talking about it at meeting.

If you are using a browser that we need to test and/or phone. It is highly likely that your name will be in the hat.
