Dude I'm so sick of stamina. Here is a post I just made replying to a guys thread about his HB.
Check out my HB. He's level 10 and he's one of the best in our division. He's not great, but he averages more yards then your hb per game. I do realize you're in a harder division. However, at that level I may be getting 120-150 yards per game against those guys on your team. My stamina is fine, and I only have 19. You should have 25, not 30+. To be honest, I'm getting sick of Stamina and don't think it works right.

My CB has fucking 33+ stamina at level 10 and went from 98 to fucking 58 energy in a game. My WR who is playing on Relaxed has 28 Stamina. He managed to lose 35+ energy in todays game as well. Mind you, we have a good depth chart with 4+ wr's on it. My WR was a 2nd WR. I have the team set to 60 energy, that's when they get sent to the bench. Yet somehow he managed to get down to 48 with the advanced tactics off. So in conclusion, I hate stamina and it's a pos attribute, lol.
But ye, you may have too much stamina. My HB FOR SOME REASON, doesn't lose as much stamina as my other guys, who have 10+ more stamina then him at the same level. When, my HB averages 100+ per game...so ye...
I've seen HB's get 300 per game, so I mean my HB isn't great. He's just pretty good.
My suggestion coming from a rookie HB: Speed, Vision, Carrying, and of course Agility. Mainly Speed and Carrying, that's what I'm working on at the moment. Thanks to my 2 fumbles the other day, lol.
You still don't have a bad hb, just needs a little work. Goodluck bro.

Stamina is really complicated in my eyes. Every position seems to need something totally different then what I was expecting. My HB needs alot less then what I thought he would...eh.
