I can't believe Korb will miss the playoffs. That is a tough break. They were my favorite to win Zeta this year.

Thats WEPL for you... the balance of power shifts from season to season and with the dfools and sanford gone they'll be no more cup cake games assuming Valencia keeps doing what they were before the trade deadline hit

We took #1 and #2 into overtime but couldn't win it. We just weren't consistent enough this season.

Though if I understand correctly we'd still make the playoffs in case of a three way tie between Paris, Rotterdam and Korb.

DFools an Sanford will likely be replaced by:

PPP, Hitmen, Cows, or Razorbacks
Antwerp or Porto

Any of those teams can make the playoffs in the Pros next season.

After looking at the standings i also think it is a lock for Rotterdam vs. MA in round 1(if we beat Nice)

Yup. We´re gonna replace 2 cupcakes with 2 more playoff candidates. The craziness will just increase. Unless someone else decides to gut their team, and I get the feeling that more and more people are losing interest/motivation.

Technically it's possible. But even if it happens, I don't think you have enough of a lead in points scored to pull it off. Korb is only ahead by 36 and has to play Toledo while Rotterdam gets Nice. It will be close, but I still think Rotterdam has the edge.

doesnt even matter about points for us and korb, we beat them. So we will have 8th with a win over nice.

Possibly. It could be a three way tie between you, Korb, and Paris after next game (you could all be at 10-6). If that happened, it would go to points because you all stand at 1-1 for the heads-up part of the tiebreaker.

I don't want to even think about how it shreds out if the Aggies and the Meatballs end up at 10-6 as well.

Rotterdam is in the playoffs. The only team we can hope to catch is Paris, in case of a three way tie. But it's a very long shot.

The we (Korb) would be out, since of all of those teams we only won against Paris. How teams would be seeded from 5th to 8th then, well I don't know.

I think if korb wins and paris loses, then it would be korb-7th, roughnekcs-8th, and paris-9th
