Someone might have already said this, I haven't read all the posts. Way to many. First of all Julius Dee is a great player 90+ sacks speak for themselves. Obviously it is his speed that gets the job done. If you take a look at my player Julius Pepper who was second in the conference after Julius Dee in sacks with 46 you will notice that major difference is hurries. I had 30 some hurries Dee had less than 5 I think. You can see that his speed makes all the difference. Although his speed allows more sacks and I am working on getting my speed to the elite level. It is close to 70 the big advantage I have over dee is my strength. I don't have insane strength, but with my strength and agility levels I can take on double teams on the left side and make plays against the run on the strong side if I need to. Our DC switches me around and I have played RDE, LDE, OLB, and DT. In all of these place I have been able to make plays although lb is ideal. Anyway agian basically i think softcapping strength gives you a good advantage from all positions and makes you less one dimensional when it is combined with super high agility and good speed. As far as SAs go you can't improve upon the info miked33 has given. Both of these builds works great and Julius Dee is a helluva a player.
