I think you need to change something. He only has 3 sacks and 50 tackles. A level 19 backup DT on my team had just as many with more FF. Here are his attributes:

thats because he plays in a league where he is severly outleveled. if he was playing equal level competition, he would prolly dominate.
ps. Courtney's the greatest
