You are right I haven't been predicting doom for this game since 2010. I would look pretty silly sitting here in 2014 still playing it if I did.

An utter disaster? That's quite a stretch. It needs a lot of improvements tho. But luckily that is what beta is for. I'll continue to play it as long as it continues to improve. An utter disaster? That's quite a stretch. It needs a lot of improvements tho. But luckily that is what beta is for. I'll continue to play it as long as it continues to improve. It really is tho. The problems you keep clinching to as the games "demise" are only just a fraction of the shit that has brought the userbase to an all time low. Predicting the game was headed for doom before it left beta was just being dumb. After it left beta acknowledging its slow death was just obvious.

Taking it out of Beta certainly didn't mean it had to be abandoned. I also don't think the stable sim has much to do with the site's demise, as the sim is pretty good.
