I've said this in other places...
But if you are a fan of the fantastic football simulation experience, which means full 16 G seasons and less of a focus on what team is the best team in any type of "ladder sense" then you're going to prefer GLB 1 to GLB 2.
If you're more of a hardcore MMORPG gamer who just likes the football flavour, then you're going to probably prefer GLB 2. The 10 team league 9 game seasons are not football based BUT I think the potential for improving scrimmages and ladder and making that meaningful is going to be a real challenge and perhaps holding the #1 team spot will mean something.
