you don't need the highest eff level to win up here - though it helps and makes things a lot easier. you can make up the difference elsewhere.
you'll hit the wall in the playoffs obviously, but really the promotes should just focus on sticking that first season. then things start falling into place.
I think the biggest adjustment is getting used to the WL style on offense and defense. All teams copy from each other so a lot of things are similar and it takes a bit of getting used to.

I agree that highest eff level doesn't mean you win a lot of games, i know that from experience because my team for many seasons on EEPL wasn't even in the top 10 in terms of eff level but we still won games and made the playoffs each season. Even this season, I believe my team had the 3rd lowest eff level among the playoff teams on EEPL Zeta.
I love watching the games of the elite WL teams because I learn how to do better game plans and how/when to call plays and situational stuff (I'm still learning this one).

plus the way things are with us, we usually just get here, wait till our dots die of old age and then boom BYE BYE WL. Thats why its all or nothing next season!

Asau is happy to finally make it to the big leagues! Who knows how the season will go, I know its a huge adjustment coming from OPL but we're happy to be here and hope we can stick around at least a couple of seasons

Loyalty > Sellouts
We're trying to stick in-house with our creations, and not mess with the meat market of dots who honestly should be playing in World League, but whom won't be welcome to throw elbows to make room on our squad. There's a reason we got here with the dots we've got (should look familiar to you, Justin... lots of Ozark alum)... that's not saying we're staying, but we're not willing to piss on our loyal agents for a "better shot". Being here definitely helps recruit for what we are replacing, though.

I got to experience that fun in Season 19. We had a new OC that wasn't up for the challenge and basically gave up two or three games in. That burnout drove me from the game for a couple of seasons, but I came back middle of Season 21 with renewed interest, and here we go again...
Good news is, won't be too hard to improve on the 0-16 that our former Axis network representative showed.

Trust me, your agents will be happier if you make changes that are needed than if you be loyal and get 2 wins in WL.
