Option 1:
Make players cash useful again in any way shape or form.
Some GLB members including myself have come up with ways to make players cash useful without tampering with builds or adding exploits.For that reason alone I see life in using players cash to purchase items/perks.

Option 2:
Remove players cash all together if players are never going to be able to use it.

If Owners have things to buy such as stadium sections,seats and promo's,let the players also spend their cash.

Option 2 has already happened....there hasn't been any cash accumulated for quite some time. Let it go and move on.

YOU already made it clear a few times in this thread that YOU don't like the idea,YOU move on.

Catch how about buying new ep or just changing the colors to some really out there shades( red/green/ black/yellow etc.I think it would be nice to buy team jerseys and pick your number on it with shoes etc.How about being able to put your ents. etc RJM on your helmet for so many dollars. .02

I've already stated to not mess around with the way cash is now but one option I can think of would be converting AEQ. When you roll pink shoes but you want a black shirt, but can't justify dropping the BT to convert it. That's about the only value I can see in player cash, no real outcome on games or player development.

Initially, I was for this. Not anymore, because I have given up on an idea to make it work.

Has it ever occurred to anyone that equipment is ridiculous? This isn't Gran Turismo...you'll never convince me that a pair of gloves should give you +6 speed...and therefore, I'm not signing on for a Nutri-Grain bar increasing your jumping. I thought Kiber was on the right track, but most of the rest of it is silliness and there's already BT boosts for stuff like that. If I ever think of something better, I will return to this thread.

I totally agree with Dub J on this. If cash becomes a part of skill/player enhancement, you open a pandora's box of abusers, users, and problems you won't even know exist until they slam you. Then we'll either be spending multiple seasons trying to tweak it or watch it thrown right back away again. Instead... if you want the money to have meaning, allow players to enhance their images with it. Like being able to buy Gold equipment, or even better... equipment that matches their favotite team colors. Or to be able to buy bling for your player. It would have no usefullness towards that game itself... but sure would make having players more fun.
