No, that's not what this Suggestion is about.
If an agent wants to keep their Tactics closed, they should be allowed to keep their Tactics closed.
But if an agent wants their Tactics to be open, they should be allowed to do that too.

Thanks! Though to play devil's advocate, not necessarily. The majority can be wrong. See slavery. See also Nazi Germany.
That said, majority-opinion should certainly be considered, and should only be ignored if there are good reasons to do so, in my opinion.

still a good idea. Are we supposed to pm mods/admin to have these up for vote? I thought they would do that for good idea's without having to be asked.

Yes, but it's so far down on the list that it's probably not getting attention anymore. I noticed at least one suggestion that was listed twice - once in recent suggestions and once much farther down the list. Maybe we could get that for this suggestion? Yes, but it's so far down on the list that it's probably not getting attention anymore. I noticed at least one suggestion that was listed twice - once in recent suggestions and once much farther down the list. Maybe we could get that for this suggestion? I understand what you are saying. But I also see that even though you intend it to be optional, there will be enough scum owners that will declare it mandatory or the dots will be rotted. Yes there's always the argument of just don't sign with those owners. But the reality of it is that you don't always know the intentions of team owners until the season starts.
