More than one person has gotten that impression from something you've said in a PM to them. Just interesting is all, since it's probably against the rules to impersonate one.

You cannot collude with yourself. It's impossible. What you're saying here is that Billy used his position as a GM on one team and a player on another team to better his position by gutting Team A and making Team B better. That's immoral, not right, and probably illegal. But he DIDN'T accept the trade of the players to the Bandits. The Bandits owner did.

So like I said before, you'd need to show intent by both parties. Otherwise, only Billy is guilty. I have no intentions of defending Billy. Only the Bandits.

If you are going to accuse Catspaw and Brisbane of collusion, then yes it requires two people. And you've done that.

So simply trading the two players (without doing the firesale) would've raised suspicion? This is where conspiracy theories start to unravel: where they ask you to simultaneously believe that the alleged conspirators were genius and stupid. If they wanted to make the moves without raising suspicion, the firesale would never have happened. They would've just made the two trades and nobody would've been the wiser. This is only being discussed because of the high-profile firesale.

And now you are saying the lvl 12 RB wasn't as expendable as you initially claimed. So after they traded the RB for the CB, they had to trade for another RB (and stupidly did so with the same team) to shore up what was previously fine?



According to Catspaw (on his private team forum) inactive players are nothing to him...he wants them gone. They cannot use level boosts, cannot set tactics, etc... So they got rid of an inactive HB because Catspaw see's no use for them. So yes, they would bring in another HB is the guy was active and able to use level points and set tactics.

seriously, it took me forever to read this thread. i would pay money for everyone to sit on their hands for five minutes so i could absorb it.

what is it that you wish to accomplish? and i mean specifically, the main contributors in this thread, what do you think is going to come of this very public, and imo very juvenile and nasty airing of your dirty laundry? joe? billy? cats? ball?

because this devolved into a pissing contest ten pages ago, and nothing is being accomplished. so if there is some solution to be had, lets hear it.

Post the PMs publically, I give them permission to. I asked them for info about the gutting and some suspicious stuff came up. And I'm sure them being in contact with you still isn't suspicious even though they were RANDOM people you traded for right? So why would they keep in contact with you? They were just RANDOM trades right?

well...i have read all the "evidence" and i want to add i am not a lawyer, but i did stay at a holiday inn about two weeks ago in san jose...and for the most part what the original poster said really hasnt been disproven...youve tried to discredit him and then wrangle on details...whatever....the bandits pretty much got something for nothing and the man that set it forward is the infamous billyvassi because of his role on the other team....was it right ot wrong? it was wrong, but not against the rules...unfortunately this is a beta and people would rather game the system then compete honorably...no one here is really suprised...they act like douchbags in the forums...and they act like douchbags in the locker room...and they compete like douchbags...in the end it doesnt matter...i just find it funny that they would need to upgrade the "deepest" cb corps in the league and put themselves at risk for doing it...they did it out of fear of the Real Champions in Brisbane and other Zeta teams that they could be facing if they make the finals...and haplos dont get your panties in a bunch...my comment was unecessary...but the thread i read before this was the city of champions...and i thought that this should have been in it...

To be clear, because you're attacking me, which is bullsh*t... I don't agree with what Billy did. At all. I've been a teammate of his for a whopping three days, so I don't care if he goes untouched or is permanently banned. I wasn't attacking you, I was just telling you that you had just one side of the story. I looked at both sides and a bunch of other factors to make my decision, not just the post the GM made which is obviously biased. IMO the owner was active but you're right, it is a subjective decision.

No, you are missing the point entirely. And omitting that the HB WAS INACTIVE ALL SEASON. He wasn't "lvl12" he was a freaking inactive, a third HB was a necessity and hey got one to replace the inactive....

As far as your firesale/conspiracy nonsense you're missing the point entirely. I'm not suggesting a "conspiracy theory" of any sort, but good choice of terms to try an discredit the truth by making someone appear less than sane.

Again, let's go back to the facts.

1. Billy gutted a team without the owner's permission.
2. Billy gave teams he was on special deals (non free market) for players.
3. Billy stripped one team of its players with the intent, in some cases, of bettering teams he was on (COLLUSION).

Exactly, the owner of the team just posted PARTIAL PMs that were twisted to make the OP look back. That's not just a bit suspicious too.

NOTHING the OP brought up has been disproven because that's what happened. A team the GM was on traded a needed player for virtually nothing to a team that another one of his players was on which just happened to need a #4 CB for their playoff run. One team got gutted and the other unfairly benefited. That's pretty much collusion.

so lets leave it as it is....and play the game...no matter the outcome of the season...no will respect the bandits...except for themselves...so lets play the game and see what happens....

You have already fed the gossip machine. You gave Drifter just a bit of a PM I sent you. You didn't give him my first PM and your first PM response to me. You left that out, making it look like I threatened you before you benched me.

Drifter (sending him a link so he can see this)...I have heard you are a known poster on GLB. You called me out saying I gave misinformation. I told you how you were wrong (that I didn't threaten to sabotage the Bandits...I said I wouldn't level Mojo up AFTER CatsPaw benched me). You said you would get information from CatsPaw and find out more. You then posted one line from a PM I sent to CatsPaw showing that I said I wouldn't level Mojo up (which I admitted). I pointed out again that this was after everything else. You (Drifter) admitted that CatsPaw did not give you earlier PM's.

So Drifter, I looks to me like catspaw is giving you limited information that he wants filtered. I am offering up this, since I feel I have been straight up since the beginning of all this. If catspaw agrees, I will give you login rights to my account. You can see the PM's between me and him. You will see the order and complete text of them. I will let support know this is happening, so if anything happens to my account they know who had access (I don't think you would do anything but of course I would have to take precautions).

If Catspaw is so honorable and forthcoming, I don't see why this would be a problem. But since he hasn't been completely forthcoming so far and only given out limited information, maybe he will have an issue with this. Again I am 100% forthcoming about all this and have been since the beginning. Since you, Drifter, are supposedly a standup guy (and someone who attacked me without all the info) I am putting this out to you.

May 21st, about 30-45 minutes after forum post by JoeMalaka - JoeMalaka is banned from the Brisbane Bandits forum. No PM from CatsPaw27 on why. JoeMalaka figures it was because of the post. JoeMalaka writes CatsPaw27 explaining why he did it and apologized if he was too far. CatsPaw27 responded pissed off, telling JoeMalaka he was wrong, and stating JoeMalaka (player is Mojo Dojo) is removed from the FB depth chart and will be special teams only. JoeMalaka gets in 6 plays only in following game the same day (about 45 minutes later).
