I think you guys had us out leveled before even boosting. We have a lot of 7s due to being too deep and not enough plays for everyone. I dont mind losing a scrimmage game but I don't want to lose a league game. I am burned out from all these scrimmage games as it is. I keep getting offers every day to play more, I have 2 waiting and wont accept until I see if we win or lose today and the pressure will be off to keep winning these meaningless games if we do end up losing one. Even though I switch up plays and formations for each team I think the team son the other side of our conference are sitting back taking notes on each and every game we play. My flex is starting to dwindle too. I was just having fun with it at first but now the pressure is on to keep winning.

9's were our highest after todays regular season game, while your starters were mostly 10 and 11. You guys have great depth too, so it should even itself out a bit. Win or lose, I (and Galithor) are definitely looking forward to the game

I gambled on offense. It didn't work. Nice job setting up the QB stopping blitz on 5-wide even though we hadn't used a QB rush from that formation all season long. Thought I might catch ya'll with your pants down, but I didn't Also set up our passing game to only throw from formations that you would be QB-stop blitzing for sure. That worked decently, but not well enough.

Shals tried something new on defense and wen't away from the exterior blitz. It also didn't work too well.

Was wondering what the 5 wide was about, we faced a team that ran that a lot so I made some custom plays for it. I was expecting the 3-4 cover 0 from you guys so we limited the rollouts to a low percentage. GG you guys are one of the best teams out there.

I was figuring you'd only go pass coverage on 5 wide, since most everyone knows that you can't use the usual TE2 trick for the QB out of that formation. I flipped our offense, and had azazel the starter and only brought in Solomon for passing downs, thereby freeing him up to run out of 5 wide. We wen't exclusively from it for the QB rush expecting that you'd be in only pass defense. We also used Solomon to pass only from formations where you'd be guaranteed to be in man only with no help over the top due to blitzing on th edges.

I tried inverting our offense pretty much. It might have worked beautifully... but you didn't set your defense up into the trap so it failed miserably.

Also, very good call on the powerback return men. It was the perfect way to attack us on special teams and a weakness I fully intend to shore up prior to playoff time. I'd wager half or more of your points came from the fact that your field position was killer from returns.

GG though for sure, you got the best team in pee-wee this season.

I'll point him to your post,he'll appreciate it, he is our bread and butter and the reason why we score so much. Oh and he is unboosted , ROB, but he is boosting playoffs and probably will start for us. That one return where he was shaking guys left and right, I was wow. We just added him to our inside game. Something we are adding more and more to each game. I have promised to get him 1000 yards so we could have 8 guys with 1000. Last game of the season he may go for 900..lol

Eh, I thought we had a better chance than what the results show. We even boosted some, but it's not them boosting that kills you it's their great depth on the roster (2 rushing QB's, 4 HB's, 3 FB's, etc it just goes on and on). Addition: not saying that's a bad thing, just that it does give a great advantage.

Guessing you mean the defense I ran against True Blue, which we used again for Mater's... then again for Costal Empire whom we lost to and got beat badly by pitches. So I decided to try something different after watching first half of your Springfield and Houston games. Mostly was a combination of double teaming with QB Spy, the HB and sometimes even FB considering your great depth as mentioned above. Not to impressed with the QB Spy setting after this game (was before though).

Besides the 8 of 53 plays we allowed 280 yards on, that would be 128 yards for 45 plays... I like that number better hehe. (Although you would of still killed us via ST's)

Edit: On a side note, if Bort limits teams to 55 players next season would love for a rematch

On a side note, not trying to take anything away from you by mentioning the roster depth. You guys played one hell of a game and I congratulate you on that and will also cheer for you to finish this tournament in 1st place, go break a leg or two!
