Why do you act like your the fucking god of DE's? Your sacks are all in meaningless blowouts. Your DE and mine have the same number of meaningful sacks, and I'm really sick of this high and mighty crap your spouting off with every post.

hang on while he actually, finally looks at his own game footage... nope can't find more than a couple of sacks that are even close to being legit against comparable opponents.

Wall and Strong Base may in fact help (direfire actually makes an intersting case...) but obviously the vast, vast majority of sacks we see are spd/agi/tv/fs sacks. how could anyone but a complete fool dispute that?

if facts had any influence on BiggerBlue, he'd have figured out that DEs in season 7 basically are doing the equivalent of bringing knives to a gun fight.

Dlight is a good D.E. builder. If anyone had any reasons to brag, it would be him. And he doesn't. He is as consistent as a d.e. I have seen around. I wonder how much wall and strong base he has? If any I bet it's 1 or 2 in each. I would be more willing to bet it's 0 each.

Well, I've read through this entire thread and I am not sure that I *know* more than when I started. I kind of agree with the folks that say that, against equal competition, a DE should register a few tackles and a sack per game.

This is a tough season for me as I am not sure where I want to put my flex points/equipment. I've got the ability and money to flip flop speed/agility or even make them equal. when I boost this season I am thinking that I am going to go more for a 'vanilla build' and dump points into vision and perhaps confidence.
