Please implement this ASAP. I have lost a number of recruits because I am sending PMs to avoid over-signing while competitors are just sending offers. There have been a number of agents PM me telling me they would have signed with my team if we had sent an offer. It's almost as if the current system punishes the teams that works their ass off at recruiting and rewards the lazy owners/recruiters who just send out a ton of random offers.

Not only do they have an easier time signing players, but they make extra cash by trading those positions they over-signed.

Top notch idea

I hate part of this idea. It gets rid of the social interaction in recruiting which is one of the few enjoyable things and if you don't want to get 1 million PMs, what can you do? In the forums, you can have people post their message without PMing you, you can't do that in the marketplace. There are more reasons but I just hate getting rid of the PLFT forums.

On the Players ad page, it would be great if there was a compiled list of teams interested in the player. This would help recruiters and owners not doubling and tripling up on recruiting the same player. The players and the teams will be able to view the list. But only the player will be able to see the actual pitches.

A player fills out a form of their demands that go in the ad. Each team that is interested fills out the form saying what they promise like will pay for EQ, starting spot, only player at that position etc. they would also be able to put in a personal pitch. most of the pitches would be a yes or no.

I think having the option to link players together would be great too. so if you have multiple players you want to go to the same team you could link them together in the ad. If it is a TE and FB the ad would show up in both FA listings. This could be done for players that are friends and want to be on the same team as well.

The player would be able to sift through all of the pitches first by clicking on the items that are important such as starting spot and EQ and everyone who doesn't meet that requirement get rejected. the list of teams still in are on the ad page as well as the teams that are rejected. again this would allow players, recruiters and owners to know where they stand.

This is a way for players to keep their inbox clean and have a clear picture of who is interested in what player. I think this helps players and owners.
