Also, it's funny how you keep comparing high school football versus NFL and the leagues Monkeys have been in and the leagues you've been in. You were in Western Europe AA... right? Still not one trophy? Damn your high school team is great. Too bad it got moved to the pros and now it can't even make the playoffs. Maybe you should get moved down a few levels and then you'd be able to come back with something more then the high school versus NFL analogy. Which of course is retarded seeing as the difference between high school is much greater than the level difference between even USA BBB and CPL. Of course, the smarter GMs and owners are generally in the pros since only crap relegates and teams get promoted in, but since you're in a pro league, we can see the flaws in that logic.

1.) 75% of my team is different than the team I had in WE AA. The team I had back then wasn't so great. We still went 13-2-1 and beat the eventual champs (MA Trolls):

http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=15425

P.S. The Trolls just went 15-1 in WE PRO last year with 95% of the same team. They are better than the Evil Monkeys also. No shame in losing to them.

2.) Anyone with a brain realized that my team last year.....which made the playoffs and knocked out the #1 seed - Dong Energy before being cheated in round 2..... was a top 64 team. No one in the top 64 field even contested that fact at all. I offered to pull out of the competition if ANY team felt they were better than my team and didn't get in. No one asked me to take my team out so theirs could enter. Not a single team. The only team that contested my team being in was a team that declined to participate (Pimps/Kai).

Why do I argue with mental midgets??? o_O

The MA Trolls weren't the champs...don't you remember...they threw the game. Believe I know all about it.

I never saw your question, but here is the answer:

my GM's have mainly been recruiters who get tired of all the work involved. They start off with alot of energy, then when they realize the very exact specifications of what i'm looking for and how hard it is to bring in a player like that, they usually stop recruiting and just become regular active players. That was the case with Broncos, Chace, Patron, LHK, etc etc. I am still on good terms with all those guys and we talk regularly. I know you think you are "busting" me, but you really aren't. I set all the offense and defense.

Like many teams, my GM titles are mostly just for show. I often add people as GM so they can check out a players build or give an opinion on my AI. Maybe a team I'm aligned with or something. Not that they are in control of trades or renewing contracts. Any of my players could tell you that I handle all that myself.

Will that shut you up now?

Umm..congrats?

See the question above though, still wondering why SEVERAL GMs have left and not smoothly either, just curious.

no idea what you are talking about with #1?

why hasn't it been smooth when a GM left?

I think a couple of them wanted to take the team a different direction than I wanted to. I run a tight ship. I help players be the kind of players I want or I trade them for the kind of players I want. It isn't anything personal, but some of them take it that way.

Often they go to another team then find out they hate it because the owner doesn't care, doesn't make a gameplan, doesn't know how to do AI, doesn't recruit, etc etc. Then they often come back and apologize. That happened most recently with Patron and his CB Mike Jenkins. You guys liked to use him as an example against me. He got traded away where he thought he was going to be happier, but then the team went inactive and disbanned within one year. He said he would take a very hands-on owner over an inactive owner any day. If you notice, he is back on the Beans.

When was the DATE of those PM's??

Broncos has been inactive for the last 10 days or so.... so I haven't talked to him recently. The rest are all on good terms with me.

Don't try to pretend that there are a FEW former GM's who PM'ed you recently, because it isn't true.

Why don't you name some names?

We all know you can't read very well. I said the same thing both times. Some players had their feelings hurt initially, but then they came back and are on friendly terms with me now.

I would, but I first gotta discern, who was unhappy with your direction of the team and who was just burnt out from recruiting...those were the reasons you gave in SEPERATE POSTS explaining why the high turnover, right?
