I want to see plays where he comes across the field and makes a tackle for a loss. A play where he makes an interception on a man he wasn't even covering. I want to see his speed be used better than catching up from behind because he got pancaked on his ass. That is the worst example of good linebacker play I have ever seen. Seriously. no hating involve.

Let me know if I need to look at Rod's 18 career interceptions for more evidence or look thru my 3 pro league LB's 125 career TFLs. They have always played consistent and made plays throughout their careers while ALWAYS being level appropriate for their leagues. That is usually reinforced with teams that succeed and get promoted as each of those linebackers started in A leagues. Seriously, its a joke to go after my linebackers with the (consistent) stats they have put up (not talking about tackles) and their affect on the team's defense and resulting success. Make a thread with a contribution or just a call out thread if that will quell the obsessive-compulsive fixation you have on me, but do the game a favor and leave this thread.
Note: The owner on his decent team won't scrimmage the lowest level team I DC for. This is a recently uncapped team who is attempting to challenge the severely-over leveled team for its league that is the only decent one Underdogs participates. For the record. . .

I agree with just about everything Rod Long had to say here but I believe in strength up rather than tackling to 35. My lvl 24 LB had 25 tackling and 42 str for most of the season and has only missed 3 tackles. The reason I like str higher is obviously to prevent getting pancaked.

3. What do you think the 4th most important attribute for a LB is? Tackling? Jumping? Maybe Confidence or Stamina?
