Some thoughts....

STALINGRAD/Stillwater - these two combined for over 1000 yards in their midseason matchup (plus 6 interceptions), a 50-45 Stillwater win. Both teams knocked off regular season conference champs. I expect at one of these teams to slip into WL-mentality and try to control the clock. STALINGRAD 24 Stillwater 23

Nomad/Cowbots - After Nomad tied it up late, the Cowbots got a late OT FG to win the regular season matchup 34-31. Nomad has had the easier route to this game and looks primed for a return to WL. Can the Cowbots defense hold them down? Nomad 30 Cowbots 20

Chaos/Sea Wasps - The only matchup between regular season conference champs. Chaos slapped the Wasps around in their regular season matchup - lighting up the scoreboard in a 70-24 win. Got to think we will see a different look from the Wasps defense but this one looks like a shoot out. Chaos 40 Wasps 35

HHWC/Bandits - Rematch from 2 seasons ago when the Bandits had a 37-34 win over HHWC. That one included a questionable late game decision by HHWC that sent the Bandits to WL. HHWC took it to the Bandits this regular season, winning 52-21. Watch for the Bandits to make a late charge, but..... HHWC 35 Bandits 28

My god, just call this the "We only pick WLE teams to win Rankings".

You'll all be converted to Pecker Lovers by the time we're done.
