I'd think that the hardest part would be for coordinators to figure out how the sim runs. After coordinating for many seasons, you get a grasp of the dots with their current attribute lvl, and what they can, and cannot do.

Under the new system, it will more than likely take a coordinator time to figure out what attributes on the player (not dot), and what percentage of those attributes a player should have that will work best.

Right now, a long time coordinator can look at a dot's build, and know what to expect that dot to be capable of without even seeing it play. I don't know what to expect as far as that goes under the new system.

Also: Will there be a coordinator shortage in GLB 2? It's damn near impossible to find a good one here, nevertheless there.

Coordinating is a much simpler task over there without real in depth AI's. The bigger strategy is figuring out how to best get the ball to the players you want or defensively to best place your guys so that they do well in a system. Right now that seems to be the problem with a lot of the testing teams is they don't really have a true system in place or at least aren't building their play set and depth chart around that system.

Really???? Dang, I could only imagine because those seasons I mentioned was alot of ragin.

Think there were some changes that were made mid season that even set Mavoo off something fierce!
I got caught in the middle of the cross-fire somehow

Not sure what change could have been made mid season. They were pretty against mid season changes for a long time.

Season 1 through 10 had people ragin pretty hard though. Especially before Bort stopped making changes mid season.

That was the great STs nerf. I raged.

No real in depth AI's? Won't that make coordinating boring...or at least not as prestigious? I'm not sure I like the nerfing of the AI's the way it sounds now, but I'll give it a shot.

Simplicity can be nice in most things, but some complexity separates the the great from the average.

It was something made really closer to the beginning of the season, but many were running scrimmages to set up and get ready and when the updates came the claims were they screwed up alot. I noticed this as well at times.

Ya it is surely more casual. I would except some changes made after awhile I am sure. People will like it early on as they populate teams though and can actually watch games without getting beat down daily. Although some teams on the test circuit clearly are not good as others.

There will clearly be a little bit of an advantage for a tester in comparison to someone walking in and just filling out attributes without really reading up on any advice. I know just from my standpoint looking early on at attributes I wouldn't have thought to spend some time in a couple things that are actually pretty vital to some builds. Heart and Intimidation for instance are a couple nice attributes. But that will be the nice thing about building in GLB2 for those people. They can watch games and add to their build as needed to improve their player rather than be told retire by all the veteran builders. I guess they can respec at this point too although I think that is a pretty bad move overall by the game to allow that.

Everything is pretty easy to grasp over there currently. I walked in the first night and figured things out relatively quickly. So it shouldn't take long for everyone to get in and get going. The hardest part will be once people start churning out superstars trying to figure out how you want to make your strategy around them.

I guess that was kind of my point all around.

One thing that's throwing me off about the new game (I couldn't put my finger on it till now), after watching some replays...is the side view (horizontal) of the field. Please tell me that there is an option to watch it with the field vertical (up and down). I think that would be much better...at least for me anyway.

They are talking about a different view. Though from what I understand it isn't vertical but something else.

I think having the view of the offense from behind them would be nice. Up above the field from behind would be optimal IMO. Like the NFL cameras do.
