Thanks to Captain Universe for helping me keep this up to date. I am doing teacher in services and also helping coach the football team but thankfully two a days are over today. I lam on a tablet so I'll have to update the sheet when I get home. You can just do 3-4 hours per round. Everyone will probably pick a K last anyway.

you must teach at a very small school if they are short on coaches for 2 a days
