Could be stickied and locked under FAQ/NEWBIE HELP, Goal Line Blitz Forum, and Announcements. You guys could send out an announcement as well saying who does what so this way support can keep rolling without pauses. With the Support tab, you could give the list again so people who to fwd it to, ie:
Catch22 - Players name was NOT changed
This way it allows for it to get done faster and quicker.
Sorry for the suggestion but its better to be said now then forgotten later
If you choose your "category" when submitting a support ticket it will help direct the ticket to the correct location
