Totally correct! The key was when you stated "consume/use". Sales of a product determine the products success, not guidance from customers.

Is the goal to brainstorm about what the finished product will play like or short term issues like player decline etc...?

Sort of...both. We're going to make a 'what we want GLB to be' for about a 3-5 month span when the game hits its' 1 year anniversary or the first anniversary of the big 'boom' of agents that joined.
