Another add to this I'd really like to see would be for Marketplace to show and/or be able to be sorted by the
player's creation date...

Instead of players, add a GM tab! It would make it easier to recriut a staff. Hell, using the forums never works, and using friends can be iffy if you want all star talent.

Yeah it kind of sucks really when finding a GM. I mean here's a filter
1. you got to find some one with knowledge of everything (like AI, builds, personal tactics, etc) that alone eliminates most of GLB's agents right there.

2. Then you got to find a person who has time to do that for even one team, which eliminates a good amount of the people that survived 1.

3. You then got to find people that don't already have to many jobs to do your team. Which elminates almost everyone that survived step 2

I remember this suggestion! 6 seasons behind, now...

i didn't read all 13 pages of posts... so this might have been suggested already.

I really like the idea of having the Team Marketplace, this would eliminate the massive bumping of TLFP posts.

I think having it searchable by Cap level, League type (Minors, AA, AAA, WPL), and level range would be amazing. Give owners the ability to select which positions their team needs by some sort of ad, could put it on the Marketplace Tab and call it My Team Ad(s). The flip side to that obviously is having a tab Search Teams, the modifiers would be simple, Cap Level, League Type, positions needed. click search, and then have a list of teams pop up. Leave it on the agents to actually research the team they're wanting to be on a little...

adding "days old" as a category/column on MarketPlace

perhaps in between "level" and "salary"

This would help when recruiting on FAs and Trade Block, when looking for "younger/less aged" players

Also a "sorting function" in MarketPlace by "days old" would also assist (kinda ike the one now for "level/most recent")

I 100% agree with the idea of players searching for teams it will also help resolve some problems of inactive people.
