This is a generic announcement, that is shadily vague on the subject matter, and is only a catalyst for more discussion on how unprofessional the staff is handling the situation at hand...
Where is your side of the story? Where are the facts? (At least GLBs side of the facts)... Lack of those two has caused a 123 page reaction raging at the lack of 'cares' the administration is showing.

How many of the people in this thread do you think have made the decision to not spend any more money on your games? And having read all 100+ pages, the ones, like me, choosing to keep their credit cards in their pockets aren't doing it because of Catch or DB.

One person decided to treat angry customers with sarcasm and condescension instead of with respect and honesty, and today that one person has cost his company, and all the people who work for him, money and job security. And while you clearly don't care if the customers are upset with you, maybe when you have to face Bort and the rest of the admins who depend on this game, and the people who pay to play it, you'll find a little humility and admit you're in over your head when it comes to customer relations.
Very well said. Handling things with class and humility would have been the desirable route to go. Clearly, EllisBell should have been the one to speak with the clients. EB is very respectable and well-spoken. DD is not capable of listening to customers. Add me to the list of 0 future flex purchases. Was heavily considering it with GLB2, but at least 50% of the testers have said the game has grown stale and not worth your time. BHall being someone I consider to be very knowledgeable has basically said don't waste your time.
