You going to try and tell me he took the honorable road here... ya right.
And exactly why was Johnny Money suspended for a half game? Cannot wait to here this one...

SEC - 5 (Neither LSU nor Arkansas on list) (Auburn isn't listed either)
B10 - 3
B12 - 3
P12 - 3
ACC - 2
Notre Dame - 1
It would appear that all the major conferences allow it

I believe the B12 has a similar rule. Do not know about the Pac12 or ACC. What I do know is Slive is embarrassed by it, but his Institutions are fighting him on making corrections (primarily Sabin). It's understandable to oversign once every 4 years (or so) usually because of a new coaching regime. SEC schools usually sit on top. Under Sumlin's first year broken away from the rule he went bat shit crazy. The question is, will he go over 25 again?
I don't have any numbers for previous seasons, but I know Alabama has been ridiculed for it for awhile now. Here is a decent SI article about it. Look how many teams from the $EC conference sit on top:

The question shouldn't be how many NC in a row can the $EC win but how embarrassed they should be when they don't win the NC. They have extra schollied players, so it shouldn't be a problem to keep the streak going for awhile.
