HA, a clearance means I have a dude, that works for THE dude, that always asks what I am doing on a fake football game, at work,(crap phone or work station) that involves more dumpster fire pics/vids than actual football. My answer after the fellas gave me retinal damage this season- It is the fake football that relieves stress in the work environment, thus its good for me and you. HA then I got asked where do you get the wacked pics and stuff .

But who are you to decide what someone should use to identify themselves on the Net? What if someone wanted to pop up a picture of Hugo Chavez? Are you gonna get all mad and say there are plenty of other places you could get Hugo Chavez pictures on the Net now that he is dead? What about Pliny's old beer pict? There are plenty of other places on the Net to discuss delicious beer and someone who builds their entire GLB personae around alcohol must be a raging alcoholic in need or therapy, right?

Once again- why should I limit how I want to identify myself on a game (outside of reasonable porno images) because *you* have an issue with it?

It's only his opinion, which I agree with to a point. Though overall, you are right. As long as no rules are broken by pic, then whatever. There are things put in place to guard against seeing things you don't want. I'll admit I get on GLB quite a bit at work, though I am the Network Admin. I turn avatars off when at work and don't click on links, unless I am absolutely sure I know what I am going to see.

Though one thing GLB needs to guard against and/or keep in mind, is letting questionable content on the boards due to site content ratings. It's quite possible they could get rated, Adult/Mature by Content Adviser Companies that Network Admins like me use. Images and language both factor into this.

For example, I go to thechive.com all the time. Though I can't or I need to circumvent the content checks I have in place at work, because SonicWall (one of the most popular UTMs) and their Content Adviser has deemed the site Adult/Mature for the same type of posts, links and pics that are allowable here by current rules.

GLB does not want to limit itself to home and mobile play only.
