Should probably break down the OP and label above what the suggestion is like starting right above:

Please fix it so that only retired players are inducted into the HOF.
Using a combination voting system to involve the public and a HOF Committee.

Please also remove or rename the players that are called (Retired Player) theres a ton of those.

then separate the GLB community voice section a bit further from the suggestion.

Having the voice section is fine, but does distract from the main of the OP thus causing confusion and reluctance for voting for one way or the other since some of it is agreeable and other not.

Players do have a Fame tracker already we could use for this listed with points on the players profile page.

I personally would like to see it on a 2 tier system


HOF Retired - where you actually place at the end of your career.

HOF Active - shows you the rank where you could place upon retirement, at that time
