Totally disagree. One more thing for a small company to support. wOW doesn't even have that... but you can find others have done it.... just like here.

Actually WoW kinda does. The only builds that really matter are the talent specs and you can mouse-over all your talents, look at the "build" and then decide if that's the way you want to go. It's not a complete builder, but it gives you a damn good idea what you'd be looking at when you were done.
Besides, here's the truth, WoW doesn't need a builder. You need two things in the end-game: the ability to respec (which everyone has, at worst you're looking at 50g), and some idea of what gear to get. Even if you completely screw the pooch during leveling, when you get to the highest level, you respec and grind for the appropriate gear, then "poof" you're in "World League."
That's the difference. In WoW the build doesn't really matter until the end, and even then you can change it and enjoy the end game. Here? You fail to boost once and you're all but done. You allocate your SAs wrong, or God forbid too early? Done. You don't train right? Done. No World League for you. If you want to play the end-game at the highest level, here, you NEED a builder from DAY 1.
