I like some of the things in the OP, but I think it will be better if it was like an all pro kind of thing you know, not 4 QBs getting mention, but just 1, and only the best, no second teams, I think it would promote better competition, if done right.

the 4 QBs was just a thought i threw out there(2 would be the limit in my primary/original suggestion) a first team and 2nd team

only positions that would have 4 would be positions with 2 or more
so OT there would be 2 first team and 2 second team, same with WR

im all for any form of this suggestion happening though

Yes, but a pro bowl game would be pretty sweet as well.
