For either of the admins - have you considered adding "locked leagues" in the near future and what are your thoughts on leagues such as League Underground?

Stolen from Crobot: Suppose I put Aura as an extra SA on a cornerback. Does the morale penalty only kick in once they've caught the ball, making them easier to tackle? Or is the penalty in effect the entire time the cornerback is in man coverage and sticking close the receiver, making it harder for the receiver to catch the ball as well?
