You're argument really doesn't make sense in this case. The only real "entities" in this are whomever controlled teh DC/AI and made the decisions. The dots themselves aren't people and don't collude. Garts really the only entity involved in making that game happen the way it did.
You'd be better off attempting to argue that ksychic not removing Garts control over BFM smacks of a "collusion after the fact".
But it's probably just apathy.
