Getting a lot of complaints about scheduling conflicts, so have revised rule #2.

#2 - the lower seeded team is responsible for sending the challenge. However, the higher seeded team gets scheduling priority -- meaning if they do not agree with the date/time of the original challenge, they can reject and send out a challenge of their own as long as the challenge is not within 5 hours of a team's regular league game. If the higher seeded team does this, they MUST post it in the regional bracket thread.

just wanted to clarify something - normally we vote on the final four match ups but because of the bracket contest this year, we won't be doing that.

yes, and if they don't play (which has happened in the past), the amount is split between the two.
