I'm not the owner, but I'm one of the main GMs. Cincinnati Who Dey of USA AAA #2 would love to get in. We lost to OFG(Official Football Guys) in the playoffs by 3 last year. We'd love a chance to play against the toughest competition. We also played the Cinicinnati Shockers tight then beat the Las Vegas Aces and Dallas Vaqueros last year as well.

Yeah..we crushed the Nasty 30 something to 13, we beat the 49ers of the AAA ...we lost to the fight club by 3 of the AAA, we beat the vampires of the AAA 2X last year...we had some solid scrimmages last year, we came close to beating the trolls..just choaked it at the end.

We fooled around with our defensive AI trying to be cute the first few games this year...so we have dropped a couple...but we've got that taken care of now...but we've only lost a total of 9 regular season games in our 5 seasons so far dude...we're solid...if you could find a place for us it'd be cool, we'll be super competitive..

the hard thing about a tournament like this is that the owner has to be fairly active in scheduling games promptly or the whole tournament gets held up.

I've seen your team name around a few times, so you very well could be qualified (I haven't looked yet), but please have him PM me or post here by tomorrow night.

I very often miss posts or thought I added a team that I didn't.

If I didn't give you a no, or put your team up on the list on the OP, then I could have just got distracted or forgot.

I also could/have said that the best possible team ON THAT DAY will win. That would have been accurate as well since it factors in luck.

One-and-done tournies aren't really good at measuring the best team. Still fun if you take it with a grain of salt.

We are in USA A#6 but we won both tournaments we entered last season (GLB Invitational and Texas Two Step Tournaments). Our conference is just as competitive as any in GLB.


Hmmmm. Issues:

1.) You haven't played any top 50 teams to see how you would do. Marblehead is a top 100 team, but squeaking out a 3 point with vs them in a scrimmage game doesn't prove you belong. Especially when I know they didn't try at all in that game. I would actually rate your team very similarly to Marblehead or my team. Somewhere in the #50 to #100 range. That doesn't make you a lock for a top 64 tournament.

2.) Your OT's are level 28 and 29. The Level 28 RT is actually a OG? That alone means that you would give up 8-10 sacks a game against a decent pass rushing team. It could easily turn into a slaughter.

I will put you on the standby list. Besides the OT situation, you at least have the talent to be in the game against a top 50 team.


I don't know if there is going to be a next year, but if you are a A or AA or non-USA AAA team and you want to prove that your team is top 50, then the only way to do it is to play top 50 teams (and win). Having a 87 game winning streak vs bad teams doesn't prove it.

Yeah we had a lot of trouble replacing our level 31 OT that went inactive at the end of last season. Had no choice but to try and find viable replacements at other positions on the line. Regardless, we aren't trying to prove anything. We just wanted a chance to play against tougher competition. Our only intent in these scrim tournaments is to find ways to get better.

I'm leaving him a message. The biggest problem is that he's in Germany right now. He's normally active, just at different hours than me.

I mentioned my team about 4-5 pages back. Las Vegas Gamblers, 31-1 in the last two regular seasons in USA AA#3, lost in the conference championship game both seasons. I'm confident we can compete with almost any one.
