Catch 22 was a very good admin IMO, but so is Rick Blaine. Why they let him go, is nobodies business.

I am no crisis management expert, but if I were, I would advise GLB to acknowledge past mistakes, survey customers about how they could improve, and implement some of the suggestions. Apparently they chose a different path and decided to act like arrogant asses about it. You reap what you sow.
