Seriously, before the start of the season nobody thought they would even make the playoffs. They had somehow scraped into the playoffs and then scraped through all their playoff games. We were better than them in every department.

And yet somehow we lost!

I can't believe it I am in shock. Our offense which was absolutely awesome all season was just terrible, we only scored 14 points in the whole match! The game is obviously rigged because there is no way that a team can go from being that good to that bad overnight. The absolute worst thing, the absolute clincher, is that we were still in the lead in the 4th quarter. Then their quarterback (who is rubbish) just throws some ridiculous pass and their receiver (who is REALLY rubbish) makes some ridiculous catch for a first down and then they score and it's over.

COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY RIGGED!

I don't see why I should play this game any more. The best teams are clearly cheated out of games by whoever the powers that be 'want' to win the game. Probably the best team this game has ever seen managed to lose a championship game that they should never have lost in a million years because of it. I have lost all enthusiasm and, to be honest, after reading this so should you.

I've actually told whiners the same thing about the SB.

I like how all the people who "got it" assume that the only joke post in the whole thread was the first one.

As an amateur psychologist, I find it interesting that none of the first 10 people to reply (including an admin and 2 mods) got the joke and eventually worked it out slowly with a form of group-think. Yet once the cat was out the bag, about 50% of people claimed not to have been fooled for a second.
