Like I mentioned at the begining of this season. Confidence Confidence Confidence. If your level 20+ you should have your confidence soft capped.

Eh, just depends on what your personal and team goals are... I don't have mine anywhere near the soft cap. We are willing to live with an INT or two if it is offset by multiple TDs produced...

I agree with most of your advice but I think you over emphasize confidence and strength. At this point in the game strength is less important than Throwing and Vision. I personally think vision is the most important just below throwing. Of course you need decent strength, but it would be number three on my list. Also, as someone mentioned too much strength can be bad, I know this from expeience. The SA's are very important as well. Pump Fake works extremely well and in my opinion the first one you should concentrate on followed by tight spiral.
You should also remember that no matter how good your QB is, he will not do well if you have crappy receivers or a weak o-line. That can explain why some peeps with good looking builds don't put up great stats. Also explains why two QB's with radically different builds can both put up extremely good stats. The underlying theme on most good QB's is almost always a pretty balanced build with all primary skills built up close to the levels.

Strength has never really seemed that important to me. I put passing on bullet a couple weeks ago and I've seen plenty of zip on my passes. Some games I don't get the big pass, and some games I do. Either way I don't put that much value on strength right now. Throwing and Vision are my priority, with Tight Spiral, Pump Fake, and Confidence being next in line.

Strength just doesn't seem as amazing as anyone is claiming it to be.

No offense, but your Qb sucks. Apparently your build is shit.

Hey Demonic, I was reading this topic. And I have to say one thing about your QB performing in big games. Sure in the regular season you are great but with these numbers, seems like you don't help out much in the playoffs.

1 Touchdown - 9 Interceptions in playoff games. I would call that terrible in big games.

Also, go ahead and say anything you want about my quarterback since I just started.

Here are the stats on the only game he played.
Scrimmage game - 7/15 for 50 yards(4 dropped passes)

Really? It had nothing to do with being on an improving team at the time (as well as splitting time with another QB)?

Since Week 11 my QB's stats have looked like this(including scrimmage games):

53 completions, 85 attempts. 62.3%. 494 yards, 7 TDs, 0 INTs.

Overall for this season my TD:INT ratio was 9:4, on a team that started 2-6. We finished 7-9 because the owner was actively improving the team as the season was going on, but we sucked at the start.

I wouldn't exactly say that is terrible, and my improvement over the season definitely didn't come from upping my strength. Also note that I started the season at level 11, not in my 20s.

And here is a tip:
Putting "No offense" in front of a statement doesn't change anything, especially when down right calling someone's build 'shit'. We'll see how shitty my build is next season when I'm getting 85% of the snaps.

I'm sure there are a number of builds that work, I was merely pointing out my observations. I saw a major boost in performance when I soft capped Confidence shortly after Vision. Strength has really not done much for me, and I see plenty of zip on my passes using Bullets.

If only we had some kind of QB Club or something where we could try to gather some performance stats on our QBs without the team around us making a difference.

I recommend everyone getting their vision to 90 like me.
