Someone makes a thread trying to gather information and the first post that is made is "Obama" and I simply say this thread will get high jacked and trolled to death. And you say I started name calling. I swear I just do not get the way Mods actually see things on this site anymore.

Umm, I meant the original post, as in, the argument generated from the discussion of coalitions, NOT the argument was started by hatchman Chill man, , no one is out to get you so far as I know.

OK first off

Obama !

Was a very constructive post. That happens to be then name of my upcoming coalition of farm teams

Plus I don't see what Hatchman wants with this "info" he is trying to collect.
What does he intend to do with this info? Is he writing it all down in big letters and storing it in his Dawson Creek Trapper Keeper folder so that he can publish it later and hope to sell it as a companion book with TSE's guide to winning GLB?

I would start a thread titled "what does one do with all the pro con discussion info about coalitions" , but that would suck, too

And just to keep anyone from getting butthurt

Sounds to me like hatch needs about a 7 day timeout for not respecting your authori-tah.

Back on topic.

To those that operate coalitions (not franchises) how many teams are not enough/too many?

Just hit your report button troll like you have done before. Maybe you get your wish. And don't do the usual DubJ crap and act like the little victim. The funny thing is how you say you don't ever hit the report button. But everytime someone starts out trolling you they all of a sudden get a warning or catch themselves a ban.

Actually my initial plan was to try to put together a listing of all active coalitions. Which would include the people running the group. Then there would be a brief description of each coalition. Basically whoever was running the groups would write the groups goals, the focus of the group, the hierarchy of the group. I figured even links to whatever members of each coalition that were over adding new members. Basically just a brief fact sheet, history, and vision of each individual group. I was then going to try to get the admins to add the listing to the FAQ forum. I figured if the information was compiled correctly that it would be a very useful tool for newby agents. Or even seasoned players that are looking for a new group.

I am even looking at bringing back the GM/OC/DC ratings forum. I figure maybe if someone on the game starts trying to help newbies by compiling as much info as possible. Maybe we start keeping agents playing the game instead of them quitting.

But I guess the trolls here don't give a shit that someone is actually trying to help us all out. And you trolls would rather wreck threads and waste everyones time instead of. Actually trying to be serious about something every now and then.

If the Coalition has a few good builders, and those builders will share their insights, and if someone makes build guides based on those insights, it can help create a larger cohort of good dots. If the OCs and DCs share insights they can help each other too. A network is only as good as the people in it.

Three weeks ago, weren't you making fun of people for complaining about trolls?

Not so fun when the trolls are going after you, is it?

Crazy thing is, the trolling in this thread isn't anywhere near as bad as I've seen it get in other threads. There's actually been some great discussion in here, but because the thread isn't going the way you wanted it to go, you're throwing the "troll" label all over the place in a desperate attempt to take back control of the discussion.

News flash: we like your discussion topic. We just don't particularly want you to be the one running the discussion. Deal with it.
