that is just speculation, but I don't want to talk down the ALGs, or support your comment either tbh ...there are other ways that this could have been worked into the equation during a season, or starting the season with a lot of SPs and training points to add and then adding ALGs as the dot gets trained up?!? ...am sure that bort would be able to come up with some suitable arrangement to accommodate this aspect for the 'one and done' concept

im not sure how your method changes anything? other than give you tons of SP's and training for that first season. I mean weren't you the same person a couple pages back who said Archs were a big reason to why GLB went bad?

But hey it isn't a bad thing if I have to spend very little and gain everything!

I think that is so wrong, Raiders12 is right on this one. I think more agents would stick around and there would be a better chance that new guys stay too if player builds made more sense and were rounded out to better fit the SIM at all levels.

Imagine the many different ways you could build a player from the ground up and still be good.

I for one, have never seen what the great addition ALGs made to the game in the first place.

first season?!? ...you do realize what 'one and done' means ya?!? ...I said that things changed for lower levels around the time that archetypes came in, but the one and done concept would effectively take away the significance of ALGs with builds

Do you play many games? Also oh ya I am just imagining the so many different ways to build a player...because with so many build strategies this game also allows way more builds to succeed more too!

One and done is one season. Don't act like you don't understand now. That still is a makes zero sense strategy to give a person tons more skill points in that season. You keep talking about stepping outside the box. All you really mean is give peewee better players and fuck the rest of the game.

I would rather be a perpetual level 1 in peewee than perpetual minors. Peewee/Rookie even with it's problems seems way more exciting than some of the boring mid level sims. If any age needs help it would be the minors.

todays fun example.. FS is in man with 1yd cushion...so of course he increases the cushion as the play develops

How do you setup man coverage and cushions on kickoffs?

Never knew that was an option

Not only that but the WR starts moving almost right away while the CB stands around day dreaming. Why do they not both over run the play every time while the ball lands 7 yards on the ground behind both of them. For the love of god the last sentence was not a suggestion.

The honest truth?

Because people bitched that "nobody can pass in low levels" which meant everyone just ran the ball, which people said wasn't any fun. So Bort scaled passing to make it a little better at lower levels to make the pass something achievable so people would not bitch about the low level game being boring.

So then, people bitched that defense acted weird on pass plays. Bort can adjust it so your CB isn't retarded at rookie level. But then, guess what? It's back to all running in rookie again, with your CB not even getting a shot at pass plays until regional pro.

Punctuation near the link does it and I've noticed I always get the wrong link when I've used the forward function, like in watching a game and forwarding to the next play. If I just go back to the time of the play and open it for the link, I get the correct one.
